Anyone know where the BLF parser in the Phone Templates is documented?
I'm trying to achieve what an old 2009 post discussed about Polycom BLF not having names associated to the extensions, since the %%blfX%% object only contains the DN of the extension to supervise.
Any way of getting-out a name attribute from the BLF variable?
