Dear ,

I just setup bridge between 3cx and zycoo pbx
zycoo is the master and 3cx is slave , calls from 3cx to zycoo working so fine but i had an issue with calls from zycoo extension to 3cx extension .
so how can i fix it ?

Hi @MrUn1x

Please note that bridges in 3CX are designed to work between 2 3CX systems and we do not test it against other systems. And since we are not aware of how Zycoo works the best we can offer is the guide to bridge 3CX to Asterisk. Perhaps there are some settings that apply to your scenario.

You don't say exactly what the issue is. Have you looked through the 3CX Activity Log , for one of the failed calls? What does that show? Are the correct digits being sent?

Dear ,

Zycoo is kinda different to freepbx so the guide doesnot help .

The issue that i cannot pass internal call from zycoo pbx extension to 3cx extension , and i don't get any activity log in low mode for failed calls

So the issue is that you can't pass calls to the 3CX PBX, period.

In that case, and I assume that the registration of the trunk is happening, are there any logs in the other PBX that indicate the problem? Have you used Wireshark to see exactly what the Invite looks like, and if it arrives at 3CX? The fact that you see no logs at the 3CX end means either something is blocking the messages, or the originator is sending to the incorrect destination/port. Did you check the 3CX IP Blacklist to be sure the originator IP isn't in there?

Its not in the blacklist of 3cx and i will try to catch wireshark logs . i will try to post it here maybe someone could help

If 3CX is seeing an Invite, that it understands, then there will be a log. That would be a start.
