3CX Call assistant doesn't work

I have tried to use the call assistant but seem that cannot be able to login to server. Any workaround, tips, suggestion will be really appreciated. Thank you. Federico

You should try with the default password of voicemail.

Where ? In voice mail PIN ? I've tried but the client doesn't work. It seem that it does not reach the server.
