Hi All,
We have a customer that has lots of managers in multiple department, and they all need the power to be able to barge and whisper.
That's fine and we have granted them all the power to be able to do this. However, the issue that we are having is that this then gives them the power to barge the other managers calls. Is there any way to stop this.
Only way that I can think to do this is too remove the managers from the departments (or remove the permissions for them to barge calls). Once this is done, make copies of the departments, add a singular manager to the department and give them the permissions that they need. Therefore, each manager can't barge each other, as they have the permissions to do this in different departments.
This would take a lot of work to setup, therefore could you let me know if there is another way to tackle the problem.
