3cx call cost

Hello team 3cx.I have a problem when it comes to call cost.I have updated all the country code with their respective cost but when i get the call cost by either extension group or call type the reports cost picks the default call cost.Eg if an international call which has a call cost of 32 per min is made the call cost picks the default 4 and multiples it with the total talk time.How do i configure it to pick the correct call cost as per the country?Kindly help.

Call costs depend on the rate you use for each prefix and the PBX matching the call to the prefix and rate. If the PBX is able to match the prefix with the call then the call costs should be calculated
