3CX Call Could not be Estabilished

Hi all,

I have a problem with one number, it says the call could not be established any one has an idea why?
The number is the : +39 0665 649 but all others in the same country works like +39 0277 151 and etc...
Only the first number what i wrote not work. Please if any one has an idea why answer

Does it work from another system i.e. mobile phone

Are you using SIP trunks, if so I would probably contact them to see if they can see why you are having issues with this number

Please note that you will need to contact your provider to ask them why the specific does not work. The provider will be able to tell you why this happens and if there is something you can do from your side.

Okey, i will contact with my sip trunk provider and say what they said, if someone misunderstand i try ti clarify its when we try to call these numbers from our system, we tried it from different clients, different profiles but it's the same.
