3CX call history on iPhone standard recent call list

Hello

The 3CX app for the iPhone already has a built-in call history. However, the same call numbers are appearing on the iPhone standard phone call list. It causes confusion because I only want my regular iPhone calls and missed calls on the standard history.

Is there a way to prevent 3CX calls from appearing on the standard iPhone call history (recent) and have it only on the 3CX history list.
