3cx Call Recordings archive retention timeline

Hello -
We have recordings set to be archived to Remote Storage, FTP. It appears that 3CX is now deleting deleting old recordings. I can't find any documentation on the retention timeline. Our client wants to hold onto recordings for as long as possible. It looks like it is holding onto recordings for about 5 months max.

It shouldn't be the case if you archive. Only local recordings can be auto-deleted.

Check the audit log, maybe someone is deleting recordings...

Have a look at these settings in case it's set to delete local after a certain time or they are actually being achived to remote storage.

Alternative, you might consider using Recording Manager to manage and storage these recordings which can be better catalogued and documented for long-term reference.
