In call reports, the incoming call show the number of the caller and the names associated in address book, but the outgoing calls does not show names of external contacts although they are in the 3cx address book.
In the outgoing calls, the "Name" is missing.
In 3CX V20, the contact name does not appear in reports for outbound calls, even if the number is saved in the contact book. However, for inbound calls from saved contacts, the name will be displayed in the reports.
This is a significant issue, as reports should show the contact name for both outbound and inbound calls if the number is saved in 3CX. While the name appears on the dialer for outbound calls, it does not show up in the reports.
