3cx can't add and can't detect

It all starts when an IP phone cant detects in my 3cx, then I try to add a new IP phone to replace the undetected iPhone but when I tried to add it can't add cant see anything added in the picture I put the name trial just to try if it can add or not. what seems the problem?btw I exempted them all in the firewall.

Server: Windows 10
3CX is hosted locally
no custom templates
no need for trunk provider

Well it seems your pbx is always in V15.5, and now this is no more supported
and your phones are with firmware perhaps good for V15 but outdated as for V16 GXP1615 latest release is 1.0.4.132.

You should first do a complete backup , and install V16 on your PBX
Are your phones on same LAN as PBX ?

For your security remove your file1.jpg in previous answer
