3CX CFD W/Zoho As An Auto Dialer

I am wanting to figure out how to best implement 3CX as an outbound cold call dialing system with Zoho CRM.

What I would like to do 1) Add the cold call numbers and names from the lead source into the CRM, then 2) have a CFD dialer start to dial numbers from the CSV.

I understand that the CRM/3CX integration will journal the inbound calls, but what actions are taken for outbound calls?

Regarding how to create the dialer, please read the following articles:

If you have the CRM integration with Zoho enabled, both inbound and outbound calls will be logged, as long as the external number is matched to an existing Contact / Lead / Account in Zoho.
