3CX changes + sign to 0

On My Galaxy s2 I installed the 3CX app. It works, using my own Trixbox server, however, when dialing a contact from the contact list (the same as used for the GSM) 3CX changes the + sign to a 0, thus not being able to succesfully dial the number. E.g. +31 6 123456789 (the international form for a dutch mobile number) is changed to 031 6 123456789. How to overcome this?

In your app is an option to expand + to an value.
Simply leave this value disbaled/blank. Then the 3CXPhone will send the full number to your pbx where then the pbx is charge to translate the + to an antional access code
