hi,
i tried to use 3cx Live Chat & Talk item with wordpress but when i try to make a call no audio (voice) both directions over chrome and 3cx desktop app .
note that: chat text is good.
what shall i do?

Check your firewall on 3CX.

Make sure your test browser has allowed microphone and that the mic is working (test with other apps.)

i can make calls with browser using internal ip ,this issue when i receive call from click to call option in my wordpress website.

i opened all ports in my Sophos and disabled SIP ALG but the same issue, i am using windows 10 with 3cx v16.0.3.676 and please find firewall check

According to this, SIP ALG isn't disabled.
