Web browser selected as default client

Prior to a few months ago, when I click on a meeting link I have saved in the iPhone Google Keep app, the 3CX video conference app would open and populate the link address automatically. Now, I get "Open With" options that only allow selecting an web browser. I looked for 3CX video conference app updates, however, the iOS app store no longer lists the app and I have not found any forum mentions of this app being discontinued.

Is this app not available for iOS 27 or has it been discontinued?

Seeing almost the same, though it does just directly open in Safari. Search showed https://apps.apple.com/in/app/3cx-webmeeting/id1039756959 (not found).

Any idea if the iOS conference app has been discontinued?
