Is there a way to enable BLFs in the 3CX Chrome Extension pop-up window?

3CX Phone for Windows has the BLF panel

Oh that's right, I forgot that ! I think they have abandoned this function with the webclient.. But it was only blind transfers so not that useful imo.

Maybe @JohnS_3CX can give us more details !

No, it's full BLF functionality. You can pickup calls, see status,...

Google chrome extension is related to the webclient so the "People" Tab is doing the same job. But it can be nice if chrome extension destined to become autonomous.

No news for the time being, but not ruling it out since the webclient will continue to gain features.

I would recommend to get it posted in our ideas section, under webclient.

Hi,

we used 20 as pickup in BLF and in the webclient it would be useful to have something similar.
Also, in the webclient, has there been any progress in mamging audio in the same way as the windows client, i did ask this back in November but it ran dry?

You can click on the blue bar while the phone is ringing and pick up the call if you have the rights


You can select different audio sources similar to the Windows client
