3CX Chrome Extension wont answer

Hello all. I posted this in the 3CX Chrome extension support a while back and it hasn't been a big issue (happens every few months?), occasionally the buttons to answer calls do not respond and the call just rings out. To fix it, the users just restart the PC. Has anyone noticed this behaviour before or have a fix for it?

My original post also mentioned the following:

Hi team. Is there currently an issue with the Chrome 3CX extension and the hotkeys not working? We also noticed that when you are marked as do not disturb and you switch to available you are not able to answer the call. In the last case we experienced this we had to restart the PC before we could answer calls.

Hi!
So the issue is that when this happens, on incoming calls, you cannot answer the call using the hotkeys, using the mouse to click on the "answer" button, or both?

Just trying to understand the exact issue.
Also are you using the latest version of the Chrome Extension?

Hi NickD,

Both have happened, yes.

Sorry combining a couple of issues that we have spotted into one post. Yes latest version on Chrome and the plugin.

Could it possibly be something to do with browser sessions being cleared? Or is 3CX application state kept in the browser itself?

As I mention in that thread, we have notified the Chromium Team and they are looking into it.
