Im new to this web stuff and would like to get some help as i have convinced a customer of mine to move to 3cx.
they want to include the chat talk and video feature on their site so i decided to test it first but having some issues
im able to chat but not call or video..When you are in a chat window and you click on the phone or video, it acts like its ringing but then cuts off after a second or so,
could i get some help as to where i may be going wrong?
