3CX Client - Conference Call

Hello,

since the update to the client version 16.3.0.198 (delivered with PBX Version 16 Update 7)
I can no longer use SNOM telephones for a spontaneous conference (adding a third participant during the call).
There is only planned Google/Office 365/Calendar and other useless options to choose from.

With the Apple app (16.1.6.106) everything works as usual.

Can this behavior be confirmed?
