3cx client for MAC - CTI mode

I see no way to change the MAC client to CTI mode.

Unfortunately the CTI mode is for Windows only at the moment as is stated in the guide.
You can use CTI mode on MAC though, by utilizing the new web client resulting to the control of your phones(if supported) from MAC.
