3cx client no caller ID ??

The 3cx client only displays the extension number , or, if there is an
external inbound call it only reports the phone number.
I tried using x-lite instead and it displays the correct caller id .
Im using the latest version of the client.

The detail information below:
3cx server ==> V7.4249
3cx client ==> V7.0.4184.

The caller ID is working well in x-lite .

The caller ID is displayed correctly in the phone, as long as the call is from an external entity and caller ID is correctly configured. If you have a support package please open a support ticket since this can be made to work.
