3CX Client software shows weird icon

I have one extension that is showing as a red square with a white horizontal line through it in the 3CX Windows client. We are running the latest version (16) with ALL Yealink T42S phones.

This extension seems to be set to DND, but there is no indication in the 3CX Windows Client, 3CX Web Client, or the phone that indicate it is set to DND.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

This is a pic of the weird icon. 3CX logs state "Extn:146 is in DND mode" but nowhere in the system or 3CX client or phone show it is in DND mode. The 3CX web client and the 3CX Windows client both show the extension are set to "Available."

Note that his is deprecating now, and will be eventually removed. We recommend to use *32 instead or using the DND button on the phone, or setting DND from the client.
