i have installed Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 and the 3CX Client for Windows with the newest update. 3CX Pro Version is used with version 15.5.15502.6 .
The Outlook 3CX Plugin is running and calls from contact folder out with 3CX are working.
I also can select the contact path in the integration tab from 3CX to sync local contats from outlook.
But it does not sync the contacts with the local 3cx client. I get no visual error or something .. The patch to the local contact location from outlook is showing in 3CX client and is selectet.
Also the sync button is not solving the problem. Can someone help me with this problem ? Can i check local log files from the 3CX Client on Windows ?
