3CX Client with youtube on backround

Hello all ,

Im facing some issues with clients complaining that if the listen to music from you tube and there is incoming call the client pop up but the need to go to stop the you tube first in order to answer the call.

Is there a way to do that automatically when an incoming call . ?

Do you mean that the call cannot be answered or the call is answered but they also hear the music from youtube?
