3CX Cloud and SBC

We have a 3cx cloud sever setup with a windows sbc installed.

We keep getting these RTP errors on the SBC log. I have ran the firewall checkers and everything shows good.

Any ideas on what would be causing this?

We are getting exactly the same problem on the cloud server setup using SBC. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Make sure that nothing is blocking the traffic on the PBX from port 5090 and that you have setup the SBC according to the following manual: http://www.3cx.com/manual/3CXCloudServerManual12.pdf

I hate to resurrect this post, but since there wasn't a clear explanation I would like to add to the conversation:
I am also experiencing these messages in my SBC log files (from two different remote sites).
My phones at my remote locations are mostly working, though an issue that I am trying to track down is that one location reports that a ring group will occasionally not ring. I have in fact found a similar post on the Italian language forums for 3cx:

I can verify that port 5090 is open to my pbx, and as I say, this is mostly working.
I think that it's telling that the logs gripe about a session with a phone, giving an address of one of my phones on my network (though it varies as to which phone).
In my case, I am running yealink t38g and t32g phones, all with the 3cx firmware as offered on yealink's site. (32.70.0.221 & 38.70.0.221)
