3CX Cloud Hosting Down

We are having issues with our 3CX hosted system, we have been down for 12 hours and are just receiving messages saying services are stopped every 20 minutes. The system was automatically provision through 3CX and we have no login to restart the server or diagnose the issue. Has anyone else had this issue?
