3CX Clound stun provisioning

Hi Guys,

I have one system fully operational in the cloud, I have since tried to move a second system to the cloud which we managed to get some phones onto the cloud but reverted back to the self hosted after the customer wasn't happy the 20 wasn't working. He is now wanting to go back to the cloud. The phones wont register using the previously used stun method. I have unchecked the Disallow use of extension outside the LAN (Remote extensions using Direct SIP or STUN will be blocked). Each phone
Local SIP Port of Phone, Local RTP Audio Ports Start, Local RTP Audio Ports End has been staggered. Have tried installing it as a new system and also via backup method.
Any ideas?
Second thing is we have two networks on our current site and our phones will provision via stun on either network, could I take one phone home and it would me just a matter of plugging it it and it should work if it can get a internet connection?

How many phones do you want to use in STUN mode? if more than 2 or 3 forget STUN, install a Pi locally and phones will be provisionned easily, just one port 5090 to be opened UDP/TCP

As above, make your life easy install an SBC server. https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/

Note ; the above notes are for ver 16 SP2, which is beta

Depending on how many phones you have - SBC can use a Raspberry Pi or Windows / linux https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/sbc-performance/

Thanks for your help guys we have 15-20 handsets so Ill use the SBC
