3CX connection and a CRM with MSSQL database

Good morning,
I am new to this forum and with little knowledge of both 3CX and the English language. We have just installed 3CX and I have to deal with the connection to a CRM that uses MSSQL database.
I made the connection to the database within the "CRM integration" setting. The 3CX is in the cloud version 16.0.4.504 and on the firewall in the company we turned port 1433 to the address where the SQL service is installed.
1. I used MySQL solution also because MSSQL is not there, setting the connection parameters to the database and on Lookup SQL Statement: I entered the query as per the manual (I attach image)

2. When I do the test on test by inserting a customer's telephone number in the database, it returns the error that I attach:

I can't understand what I'm wrong with or if it's not possible. Can you help me?

First, if you want to connect to a Microsoft SQL Server, you need to select this template:


The template you selected is for MySQL and of course will not work with Microsoft SQL Server, because the protocols are totally different...

I tried with the alpha 5 update: it works
I have read that they speak of a 508 version, where the problem is solved but I cannot get it

Please contact 3CX support, or wait for the final release of Update 5 to get the fix.
