Solved 3CX Contacts with more than one number not replication on Fanvil phone

Hi All,

Hoping for some assistance please.

When updating a contact name or single number in 3CX, a simple reboot of my Fanvil Phone replicates this data fine. However when a contact has more than one number (i.e. Mobile & Desk Phone) it fails to show both on my Desk Phone, naturally I put the numbers in their most appropriate fields - Mobile - Mobile, Desk Phone - Business etc. All it is showing is Tel: (mobile).

Hi Sonny,

The 3CX Phonebook will only display the first number on the phones. It will not display the other numbers.
