We are experiencing problems with the 12.5 version of the CRM plugin.
The 3cx system is still v12 (multi tenant).
Installations goes smoothly, we can select the contact folder.
But if we try calling with the 3cx buttons it doesn't work.
Calling from the 3cx phone directly (CTI) does work.
Calling with the TAPI driver through outlook is unstable (sometimes it does sometimes is doesn't).
We tried reinstall, removing older folders, removing plugins, removing TAPI.
Could you supply us with the old version of the CRM plugin (before the new interface)?
The older one always worked through the 3cx buttons (in Outlook)/
