3CX CRM Template - naming and versioning requirements

While working with the template generator I found that sometimes I could add the generated template to 3CX
and sometimes I couldn't. I worked out if I changed the version or the name it would eventually upload.

Is there a correct way of doing the name/version information?

Is there anyway to purge all the old templates I have added?

All the templates in your server are listed in the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM Integration page. You can select each template, and click the "Delete" button to remove it.

When you're going to upload a new version of an existing template, it is recommended that you delete the previous version first, and then you upload the new one by pressing the Add button.
