3CX Dashboard & Audits

Below are the requests raised by an existing user 3CX,

1. Different Music on hold for Extension Groups, Extension, Ring Group, SIP trunk connection etc.
2. License utilization report/Dashboard like a graph with minimum, average and maximum concurrent connection count.
3. SIP line Utilization report/Dashboard like a graph with minimum, average and maximum active calls count (total and incoming /outgoing).
4. Count of Phones and Model on the Dashboard (Example Total phones XYZ Phones, [XYZ] Fanvil X6, [XYZ] Fanvil X4G and [XYZ] Fanvil X3G) similar phone list under SBC also.
5. Audit trail for security auditing (tracking the changes on 3CX system, who done, when and from where).
6. More details on Blacklist email like user name, extension number so it is easy to troubleshoot.
7. Sound file quality of 3CX to higher bit(from PCM, 8 kHz, 16 bit to better one)
8. Only allow to add specific private IP range on white list instead of full range
9. Audit log and Report of Audio and video conference
