3CX Database Server Service

Hi all

Ich have in my Company the 3CX PhoneSystem, now my Assistent has imaged the PC where the PhoneSystem ran and then he imaged this image on another PC (we use Windows XP Pro SP2) and until them the Database Server Service cant connect, the message is: The Service was closed from the local PC, Some Service will be automatical closed if they are in Freerun.

I hope its correctly translated, because the message is origina in german

maybe someone here ones what to do

Well the Problem is solved.

It set the User a new Password and then i gave him specifily right on the 3CX Folder and now the Service started, but i dont know why, because the User is an Administrator, so he has all rights on this Folder. What ever now it works
