I don't know of ANY other IPT platform that gives calling parties any operator menu out option. This is dumb as a default setting.
So I followed this old thread and it is NOT changing the greeting:
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/how-to-stop-start-from-command-line-linux-raspberry.76328/
After uploading the revised RECYAMSG wav file, I can go to:
Dashboard >> Settings >> System Prompts >> search for RECYAMSG and select DOWNLOAD and it plays out the "revised" prompt. But when I call an extension and allow it roll to VM - I hear the NOT ready for prime time option that allows caller to menu out to an operator?
Who thinks this is an valid option for an enterprise? The LAST thing I want - is calling parties to be routed to my operator who will literally have NO clue as to why this person got routed to them.
What is the correct way to revise the RECYAMSG file in Debian? I'm running 16.0.8.9.
