My 3CX demo server has gone offline.

It responds to ping but refuses any other connections.

I have tried from several different public IP address thinking it may have been an IP ban...

I'm stumped. How can I reboot this Cloud VM?

Hi DanTron,

When you try and access the console do you get a 502 bad gateway or 403 Forbidden message or something like that ?

The behavior you are getting I would agree does match what you would get if you logged into the console incorrectly 4 times. Can you log directly onto the server itself ? Is it Windows or Linux ?

I'm getting a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
not a 502 or 403.
It's running on Debian I believe.

Hi DanTron,

What are you typing in the address bar? https://yourFQDN:5001?
If you try nslookup of your FQDN, does it resolve to the correct IP?

I cannot access either, and yes your DNS resolves correctly. Have you created rules in your local firewall on the 3CX for HTTPS specifically from your location(s) ?

Where are you hosting ? I use AWS and you need to apply filter rules.

Did you use the PBX express trial account? Was this created a month ago? If so then the instance has been deleted as these installations are deleted after 29 days

Hallo same happened to me today. I am not able to login my account https://xxxxx.3cx.at, still getting message
WARNINGS.WEB_SERVER_NOT_RESPONDING. IP and dns records are correct and is able to ping them. I thought it was due to 3cx update that was done last night. I also have trial pbx express account made o October 18th. System was running nice and I was preparing to buy a license. So now did I loose everything? All settings? How to continue with moving to google instance?

Hello @Milos

When the trial period ends the instance is automatically deleted. If you did not have a backup then all configuration is lost. If you would like to host your PBX to google you will need to create your own google instance and install the PBX to that.

Hello @YiannisH_3CX

thank you very much for your reply. I did it already a set it up again on Google Cloud.
