I have a client that used to use the old app when they were on version 16 but now that they are on the latest we moved them to the new desktop app and they are having issues when conferencing. The main thing is they want to be able to put the 1st caller on hold and then call the 2nd caller and talk to them before just bringing them in all together. I can seem to find a clean way to do that. Any suggestions?
