Hi all,
We have several users with a Jabra Evolve 65 headset connected to their laptop, using the 3CX Desktop App. They all use the Link 370 dongle. All is working fine. We recently received a new Evolve 65 headset. This one has a Link 380 dongle. When I plug in this Link 380 dongle, my 3CX Desktop app is having issues. It is not possilbe to answer a call. When you click on the answer button, nothing happens and after some time you get the error message "Connection for pickup is not found", the call has ended by then.
Also it is not possible to dail any number, both internal and external numbers. It looks like the number is being dailed, but other phone does not ring. After a few seconds the call is ended. No entries in the 3CX activity log.
I have tried this on two different laptops on my side, both the same result. One of our customers is having the same issue, also a Link 380 dongle and a Dell laptop running Windows 10.
When I do not connect the Link 380 dongle and connect the headset via Bluetooth, the 3CX Desktop client has no issues, but the button to answer the call on the headset is not working.
When the dongle is connected to a Yealink T53W desk phone, all is working great.
Jabra Direct say all devices have latest firmware.
My configuration:
Dell laptop running Windows 10
Jabra Evolve 65 firmware version 2.97.0
Jabra Link 380, Firmware version 1.15.0
Any idea how to solve this?
Best regards,
Ronald.
