I realize the new desktop app is actually a web app.
There is no way to configure ringtone, which is very weird in 2023, but the VITAL thing missing is VOLUME CONTROL!
I have a client that the ringer is just too loud and there is no way to control it (not even through windows volume mixer) except maybe lowering the general volume of the computer.
How can this be acceptable?
Not everybody works with a physical SIP device.
Anybody knows if missing features in new desktop app are planned to be included?
Should they revert to using the old app that is supposedly getting phased out?
Please help/comment.
