Solved 3CX desktop marked as Malware by SentinelOne

Hi Team,

I've just installed SentinelOne and more then 100 devices 3CX have been marked as malware, exclusions do not help much as the downloaded packages, msi and update packages are also marked.
Any help or advise would be welcome, can this be escalated on level vendor to vendor?

Which version of the desktop app are you currently using?

The version is 18.10.461, 18.11.1213, each downloaded update msi is also marked.

@jBlack123 ensure that your PBX is on the latest Supported Version 18, Update 9, Build 20, and use
the latest Desktop APP client as per the screenshot and change log below :
