3cx desktop/Trojan:Win64/SamScissors windows defender warning

I just got to the office and 3cx desktop didn't auto start per usual, and instead, I see a windows defender notice. Is anyone else seeing this? I obviously trust 3cx but I know anything is potential subject to being compromised.
