How do I create a DHCP Server at 3CX to share with customers with a different IP?

DHCP features are generally embedded in routers, for most of us use of DHCP is on LAN, so what do you mean about "with customers with a different IP"?

Every linux can make a dhcp server, why does 3CX not support this?

3CX prerequisite is a dedicated computer with no DHCP feature nor DNS, so even if you can run this on which system you want this is not recommended at all

So you need to add a switch that can make a dhcp server if you want to distribute it to customers using cables?

You need to have only one DHCP service on your LAN running on a device having this feature, i'm not sure at all it can be found on switch otherwise if you have small number of devices you can set manually Static IP on each.
If you have an internet connection you surely have a router or a black box including DHCP service , no?
