3CX Dialer and MSTeams

Hi Everyone,

I'm having trouble with long format phone calls with pauses. Very specifically we have Microsoft Teams meeting requests that go out with a long format dialing with two commas (,,) as the pauses between the phone number and meeting ID. The dialer strips the comma's wither you click the link or copy and paste the number.

Any ideas or am I out of luck?

The 3cx Apps do not support pause in the dial string for at least the last 9 years. 3cx phone system does, but you will need another app / phone / etc to use it.

It has to do with how 3cx sends the entire string at once vs sending keys to an open line.
