3cx - different time of recordings

I have a doubt regarding the date and time format shown in the recordings, we are located in Brazil, however, it is in another format, which format is shown in the recordings? and possible to change?

Is there an example in the attached image?

The time in the filename is UTC. And no this cannot be changed.

I understand, I say the same because, the minutes and seconds are normal, in the file name the time changes to 3 hours later, I came to the conclusion that it must be in the format of another location

Settings then Language & Office Hours Settings
Is it the correct setting?
