3cx disconnectafter one second

Hi,

I installed 3cx free edition to test.

Everything is working except dialing out through my pstn gateway. I will dial and the external phone will start to ring and then it disconnect after 1 second.

Give me some pointers in what direction I must go to fix this.

Hi slwpke,
I suggest you follow the following steps:-

1. Use a gateway that is supported
2. Follow 3cx configuration guides for your gateway. You will find it under the support section. Check that all your settings are correct, or maybe a better solution is to delete the configuration and start again.
3. It should work now, but If there are still problems post the log to the forum.
