The problem is not common. Most records are saved and loaded correctly. Folder permissions are correct. But from several numbers sometimes there are no records. The problem is not permanent. Sometimes records are created. An entry appears in the call table, but when I try to download it, the browser loads a "download.txt" - file is not found
