3CX doesn't flash camera light on incoming call

User has a Samsung Galaxy S9 and the phone is set to hearing impaired mode where the cell phone flash blinks on incoming calls and notifications. They're a towing company, so they're often in a loud truck and around loud equipment, so they won't always hear the ring tone. The 3CX app doesn't do this on an incoming call, but starts blinking immediately when the call is missed.
