3CX & Draytek 2960 Router- One Way Voice

On a new install of 12.5 SP 2 we have a problem where 50% of the time, voice will only be heard only in one direction. Our Router is a Draytek 2960.

The Firewall Checker runs ok.

The issue seems to disappear for a while, then comes back.

Any clues please?
