3CX DTMF Settings

Look. Got a question. What if I have SIPtrunk with number +99512 123 45 67

When someone calls DTMF input works correctly (eg 1 for operator 2 for sale and etc)
but we have cases where callers' DTMF input not recognized at all, as if buttons not pressed

I know there should be a DTMF setting but unfortunately, I can't find where those settings are... both in v18 & v20

Can you replicate on demand?
If so, take a packet capture and see if you see the DTMF

Unfortunately, no
No matter where I call from, DTMF works....
But I have 2 videos where I see DTMF not working and in logs I can see people who calling and just hanging on line....

Can you elaborate more here and let us know how did you troubleshoot this? Which logs do you refer?
