Hi,

I have some Yealink T42's currently installed at a client, one of the users phone's connects to another SIP provider as well as their own local 3CX PBX, this works fine. I can manually logon and create a BLF speed dial to a number on the other sip provider and choose that line and it works perfect. However, when the phone reboots and re-provisions it looses the manual settings and there does not appear to be a way via 3CX to add a BLF to another extension and line.

Anyone know a way to fix this?

Hello @Tahir

Please note that 3CX supports a single account per phone so you can only provision one account to each device. If you manually add a second account to the device then when the phone reprovisions the second account will be gone as it is not included in the provisioning file.
I would recommend posting this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.
