3CX Failed Firewall test

Hi Guys
This is my first post here.
I installed 3cx server 16 on Windows Server 2019. The installation was smooth but the FIREWALL test failed. I have as a router UBNT Edgerouter pro. I have disabled SIP ALG and done port forwarding yet the problem persist. I am exhausted, can't find a solution. Also, I have disabled the Windows server 2019 firewall, again the 3cx failed the firewall test.
Please help

I suppose the internet comes through a router, how is its configuration? (Or do you have an FTTH line?). You should provide more details!

Personally, on Zyxel firewalls
I leave disabled the NAT Loopback

Yes, it comes through a router(edgerouter) as earlier mentioned. The ISP is using PPPoE and the router is configured as a client pppoe.

Hi mbangura,
Check the rules on the firewall to the internet, your Edgerouter Pro.
I believe you need to set it to do static port translation. Which is why your getting those port mapping errors.

I think the EdgeRouter calls it pre-nat and post-nat. Not sure how to configure in the router but this may help.

Edge Router Pro blocking 3CX SIP ports where all firewall test failed and port forwarding is not working.
If this problem persist, I think I have to change the router or 3cx
