Has anyone come across this when activating or refreshing 3cx new license:

3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activate.3cx.com.
Ensure that the local or border firewalls are configured to allow outbound traffic to activate.3cx.com

Yes, which version is your 3cx? You need to be on U8 Final

I am running on version 18.0 Update 7 (Build 312)

Thats your Problem, you need to be on U8 Final at least... If your licence is still active, you can update without problems. If not, you need to take a backup, reinstall and restore.
